One system: nexAI, Forecairn, Peak
Peak is the product, nexAI the layer you talk to, and Forecairn the engine that keeps the record. Here is how they fit, what’s being wired now, and what stays a long-term direction.
NexCode is one connected system, not a shelf of separate apps. Peak is the product. nexAI is the layer you talk to. Forecairn is the engine that keeps the record. True Heading is the research, and Elevate is the prototype.
The loop is simple. nexAI proposes. Forecairn records a view about what’s ahead as a claim, with a confidence and the condition that would prove it wrong. Health, money, and public decisions need a person to sign off, and Forecairn can refuse. When the outcome is known, Forecairn scores the claim against what actually happened.
When there’s no claim on record, nexAI should say it doesn’t know yet rather than guess. Models do the reasoning inside the system; they are not the record. Useful before impressive, and calm is a feature: an honest “I don’t know yet” beats a confident guess.
What’s true today: the shared contract (events, evidence, claims, decisions, outcomes, and confidence) is being built in the Forecairn API, and nexAI’s Forecairn-backed answers come in a release after 5.1.0. In the meantime, wherever this site calls a model directly, such as the Peak Coach relay, a question about what’s ahead gets a plain “I can’t check the Forecairn record right now, so I won’t guess.” Peak is at 1.2 (build 42) and is not yet on the App Store.
Revive, Summit, NexOverlay, Orbit, Relay, ShipLog, and Keepsake are modules inside Forecairn. Their roles are set; module-specific features are still to come.
Privacy works the same way across the system. Default local. Sharing is opt-in. What leaves a device is a score or a warning, not a life log.
A long-term direction, clearly not a feature: if scored claims prove useful at small scale, people and organizations who opt in could one day pool scores and warnings into a national evidence network. Nothing like it exists today, and it only gets built if the small version earns it.
