Peak is a NexCode product. The Peak name, logo, interface, software, written material, and original visual assets are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Peak ownership
Unless otherwise identified, NexCode owns the copyright and other rights in Peak’s software, app iconography, interface design, documentation, website copy, original graphics, and product identity. The name “NexCode,” the NexCode monogram, “Peak,” and related identifiers may be trademarks or pending trademarks of NexCode. Nothing on this page grants a license to use those marks except as specifically stated below.
Fair references and brand use
You may refer to Peak accurately to identify the product, link to its official pages, or share unaltered screenshots for commentary, education, review, or personal discussion where permitted by law. Do not imply NexCode endorsement, use the Peak or NexCode marks as your own branding, register a confusingly similar name, redistribute the app or its assets, or remove copyright and proprietary notices without written permission.
For press, creator, partnership, or other brand-use requests, contact support@nexcode.studio with the proposed use and where it will appear.
Third-party technologies and content
Peak uses or may connect to Apple frameworks and services including HealthKit, CloudKit, StoreKit, WeatherKit, Sign in with Apple, and platform APIs; those names and marks belong to Apple Inc. Google sign-in, OpenAI API features, Open Food Facts data, and any open-source libraries remain subject to their respective owners’ terms and licenses. Their inclusion does not imply sponsorship by, affiliation with, or endorsement of Peak or NexCode.
Peak respects open-source license obligations. Where Peak distributes software containing third-party notices or license text, those notices are provided with the applicable build or repository.
Report a copyright or trademark concern
If you believe material on a NexCode-controlled Peak page infringes your copyright or trademark, email support@nexcode.studio with: your name and contact information; a description of the work or mark; the exact page or material at issue; an explanation of your rights; and a good-faith statement that the report is accurate. Do not send passwords, private health data, or credentials.
